 Note: We sell Galvaneal instead of raw steel for our tops. We stopped selling steel tops when people complained that they rusted, and insisted on replacements. Glavaneal is not pretty, but it won't rust because it has a high zinc content. It has streaks and occasional marks on the surface. You can order it powder painted, but paint can scratch off and looks bad after some usage. Even stainless steel will loose its brushed finish in time. Note: The longer the table, the weaker the table. To counter this, our eight foot long benches have 66% more steel in the understructure while ten foot long benches have 207% more steel there. We recommend a Footrest for added stability on 8' and 10' benches.
